Learn More About Savannah

Many of the people Savannah Miller works with appear highly successful from the outside. They lead organizations, manage large teams, care deeply about the people around them, and carry significant responsibility. Yet at a certain point, outward success no longer answers the deeper questions that begin to arise within—questions about meaning, identity, purpose, and what the next chapter of life might hold.

These moments often emerge during times of transition: burnout, career shifts, grief, relationship changes, or the quiet realization that something in life is asking to evolve.

Savannah Miller, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma recovery, life transitions, and deep personal transformation. She is the founder of Heart Alchemy Institute, where she offers integrative psychotherapy, breathwork, and psychedelic-assisted therapy designed to help individuals move toward greater clarity, healing, and alignment.

Earlier in her career, Savannah served as Senior Manager of Therapy Services at Headspace, where she helped lead clinical initiatives supporting more than 200 therapists nationwide. During that time, she developed clinician wellbeing programs that reduced burnout symptoms by 33% while significantly increasing therapists’ sense of professional accomplishment. In many ways, her role was to support the people responsible for caring for others.

Today, Savannah works with leaders, executives, and thoughtful professionals navigating pivotal life transitions. Many of the individuals who seek her work are highly capable and accomplished, yet feel an inner call toward greater meaning, integration, and direction in their lives.

Savannah’s therapeutic approach integrates somatic therapy, parts work, depth psychology, and meaning-centered psychotherapy. Her work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom, process unresolved experiences, and engage more deeply with questions of purpose, identity, and the direction of their lives.

Through Heart Alchemy Institute, Savannah offers individual therapy intensives, small group retreats, breathwork experiences, and psychedelic-assisted therapy designed to support meaningful and lasting transformation.

At the heart of Savannah’s work is a simple belief:
Healing is not about fixing what is broken.
It is about remembering and reconnecting with what has always been whole.

Amelia Eberline

Director of Programming, Preparation and Integration Coach

Amelia guides mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness practices that support preparation and integration at Heart Alchemy Institute. With a background in athletics, communications and coaching, she helps members develop deeper awareness of breath, body, and the inner steadiness that supports meaningful growth.

Learn More About Amelia

Amelia’s path into mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness began through athletics. As a young athlete competing in skate skiing, swimming, and track, she discovered that when she was attuned to her breath and body, she felt more steady, clear, and alive.

Her early life also included living internationally. Amelia spent her teenage years in Beijing and later five years in New York City, where she worked in communications. There she wrote and coached professionals to express themselves with clarity, presence, and self-awareness. Through this work, she came to appreciate how deeply internal steadiness shapes the way we meet challenges, communicate, and lead in the world.

After moving to California in 2022, Amelia returned more fully to embodied practices through ocean swimming and competitive running. These disciplines require relaxation within intensity, conscious breathing, and a willingness to meet growth with openness.

At Heart Alchemy Institute, Amelia supports members in preparation and integration through mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness practices. She also leads the institute’s programming, helping design experiences that foster reflection, connection, and meaningful transformation.
